A new chapter – but somehow, it feels like coming home
Hi, I’m Lisa.
For years, I worked in the fashion industry, drawn to beauty, detail, form – and the way aesthetics can shape how we feel.
I thought I knew what it meant to read flow, energy, and movement. But then I discovered Lagree – and found it all again, just in a completely different way.
From the very first class, I was hooked. Not just by the workout itself, but by how it made me feel: grounded, focused, strong – and more connected to my body than ever before.
It was challenging in the best way – physical, of course, but also emotional and mental.
It gave me clarity. And confidence.
And slowly, it shifted how I moved through life – more aware, more present, more in tune (yes, I know how cheesy that sounds – but it’s true!).
I took the trainer certification and began teaching group classes across all levels – from first-timers to advanced movers. And the deeper I stepped into the practice, the more I fell in love with it.
To be able to pass on that feeling now? It’s a dream.
Lagree is a workout, yes – but more than that, it’s a tool. For building strength that stays with you. For finding focus when everything else feels loud.
That’s why I now offer private 1:1 sessions and small group trainings (up to five people): to make Lagree more personal, more intentional – and maybe even a little more joyful.
To create space for precision, connection, and those moments of “oh wow – I didn’t know I could do that.”
This blog is where I’ll share that journey.
Reflections from class. Stories from the studio. Thoughts on movement, teaching, and everything in between – from quiet wins to big shifts.
Maybe something here will resonate with you. Maybe not.
Either way – I’m glad you’re here.
