Hi, I’m Lisa, certified Lagree trainer based in Berlin – and a firm believer that powerful training doesn’t need to be loud or chaotic, but controlled, focused, and deeply effective.

I fell in love with Lagree because it combines strength, endurance, balance, and core activation in a single workout – intense and transformative, yet gentle on the joints. No other method has challenged me and changed my body the way Lagree has.

My mission is to help you feel that same shift:

From Client to Coach

I didn’t start out as a trainer – I started as a client. Lagree found me at a time when I was looking for something more: something that challenged me, centered me, and made me feel truly connected to my body.

Over time, I learned how much I can trust my body and myself. Lagree made me stronger – physically and mentally – and helped me build a real connection to my own strength and potential.

That’s why I decided to become a certified Lagree instructor: to share this incredible method with others and help you feel that same shift. Whether you're just starting out or already on your journey, I’m here to support and guide you – with challenge, care, and a little bit of shake.
